If your organization, hiring contact, or company details are indexed in our directory and you wish to update or permanently remove your listing, we provide a no-questions-asked removal process processed within 48 business hours.
1. Sourcing Methodology
Cold Mailer curates technology company data to connect qualified job seekers, developers, and founders with hiring teams. All directory records originate from:
- Public Corporate Websites: Careers pages, about pages, and official corporate press releases.
- Verified Direct Submissions: Startup founders, hiring managers, and HR representatives who directly submit their open positions to our directory.
- Public Domain & Registry Records: Publicly available business registries and corporate contact portals.
2. Corporate Contact vs. Private Personal Information
We maintain strict ethical boundaries regarding the type of contact data we index:
Public corporate domains, talent/career team inboxes (e.g. `careers@company.com`, `talent@company.com`), company descriptions, tech stacks, and city locations.
Private personal email addresses (e.g. personal Gmail/Hotmail accounts of employees), private phone numbers, physical residential addresses, or non-public personal data.
3. How to Request Removal or Suppression
Any authorized company representative or individual may request immediate modification or removal of their listing using either of the following methods:

Upon receiving your request, we add your company domain to our global permanent suppression list, guaranteeing it will never be indexed or re-added in future directory updates.
4. Processing Timeline & Confirmation
All removal requests are processed within 48 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation once the record has been permanently purged and added to our suppression database.
